副審 An assistant auditor

 ひよっこ　の私は、従業員100人ぐらいの会社へ副審のお伺いを問われるだけで　びびっています。　しかし　ある程度　経験をつまないと主審になれません。　負荷をかけることは大事。

経験はとても大事ですね。　まだ負け犬の遠吠え状態ですが、いつか　のがした魚は大きかったと再評価されたい機関があります。　

そのために、日々　精進  とはわかっているのですが、なかなか　できないですね。　このまま　思い続けるだけの状態が長引くかも(*^^*)

As a newcomer, I'm feeling nervous just being asked to be an assistant auditor for a company with around 100 employees.  However I need a certain level of experience to become a lead auditor.  

I might still be in a state of a rookie, but I want those who thought less of me to someday regret it when they missed out on someone really nice.

I understand the importance of daily diligence.   Putting me under pressure is important and I know its difficulty.
